Wander along the paths of the "Salzburg Foundation", which has been giving a piece of art to the town of Salzburg every year since 2002. These artworks are meant to be on loan for 10 years but are usually given as a gift to the town after the time has lapsed. Famous artists like Anselm Kiefer, Tony Cragg (in der deutschen Version steht "Craig", Tippfehler), James Turrell, Marina Abramovic, Mario Merz, Stephan Balkenhol, or Markus Lüpertz have already left their artistic marks on Salzburg.
We will also focus on outstanding contemporary buildings which impress with modern architecture or which have triggered public debate.
